Knowing how to properly deliver criticisms to your subordinates is crucial to the growth
and success of your team. If you want a team member to improve their performance, a
leader has to criticize in a way that empowers the employee and doesn’t come across as
an assault on who they are. Not being aware of this is a major weakness in Keller’s
leadership. Keller must improve on this flaw, not only because it is critical for any leader
to be able to properly deliver criticism, but it is a concomitant to seeing improvements
and growth in your subordinates.
