Work-related terms used as that is what is more efficient. The leaders should be in a position to reason with employees. This way, they welcome ideas and opinions from low-level employees and consider how to work best in their perspective. Flexibility is paramount so that the organization can swiftly shift to a different strategy if one does not work as expected nor has some negativity that could demoralize employees. Transparency goes a long way in the achievement of anything. The leader should make it easy for employees to have access to the strategic plan information, as well as be allowed to give feedback. Tools for the Team I would use emotional assessment tools as a tool to improve teamwork and coherence ( Spano-Szekely, Griffin, Clavelle & Fitzpatrick, 2016) . There are a total of five emotional assessment tools, self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Mastering all the elements is not easy, but with enough experience, it is achievable. Self- awareness allows us to find reasons why some emotions usually manifest when they manifest

Self-regulation helps us to do a self- evaluation and determine whether the emotions are in line with our values. Motivation accesses one's professional and personal goals in life. If the individual is not at a state where they expected to be, adopting new ways and techniques gets highly advised. Empathy allows one to pay close attention to what others portray to them through their language and even body language and how best to respond. Empathy achieved by putting oneself in the other person`s situation can be used to relate issues. The manifestation of social skills observed in our communication skills implies so much. Good communication between team members allows for easy sharing of information and quick conflict resolutions. Each team member needs to understand what the team requires of them and how best to deliver it. Understanding and tolerance of others go a long way in sustaining a working and effective team. Team leaders should allocate and issue duties according to members' strengths and weaknesses so that they can improve where necessary and show others what they know best. Conclusion All organizations need specific criteria on how to carry out their operations. The form of standards decided should be able to meet both the organization and client needs. Achieving satisfaction for the client and the organization itself is the actualization of the goals of the organization.
