russian revolution
Russian Revolution is a collective term for the series of revolutions in Russia in 1917, which led to the creation of the Soviet Union. The first revolution of Feb 1917 the Tsar was deposed and replaced by a Czarist government of Nicholas II. He collapsed in March 1917 and the government falls to Duma. Duma doomed by refusal to end war, Bolsheviks seize control and from 1917-1918 they took over Russia and the royal family was killed. The Treaty of Brest-Litovst took Russia out of the war. [LKH1]

Wilson-Gorman Tariff
Cleveland puts this tariff through Congress in hopes of significantly lowering the tariff, but when it comes back out of Congress it has 630 amendments to it and it ends up that it is only slightly lower than the current tariff.
