Dystopian, Science Fiction
Perspective and narration in V for Vendetta shift constantly. Sometimes the story stays close to the point of view of the character V, and other times it follows events as they happen to other characters. Occasionally some narration conveys a character's thoughts, but most of the text is dialogue, in the style of a traditional graphic novel.
V for Vendetta is primarily told in the present tense, since it depicts dialogue and events as they happen. It occasionally moves into past tense when relaying events that have already happened.
