Dr. Brigham is a great professor, he really cares about his students and his work, and when you're in class you can definitely tell.
I felt as if I learned everything I would need to know to eat and act in a healthy fashion for the rest of my life. Very informative, very useful.

Make sure you show up to class, no reason to miss easy in class quiz points. Also make sure you study for the tests, because with a little work you can easily have an A or A+
