Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely loved Dr. Dave's course! The concepts were kind of bland, but Dr. Dave could relate the concepts to daily life and give us real life examples from his personal life! Sometimes I would get so caught into what Dr. Dave was saying that I forgot to write down notes. Which was fine. If you listened and read the book, you would do fine on the exam! But if you really want to do well, take notes and study them! He gets his questions directly from his notes! I also liked the fact that I still think about this course in my daily life even though I haven't been enrolled in almost a year! Steps to happiness and the 5 positives to every 1 negative really shape who I am today.

    Course highlights:

The one that stuck out to me the most was that of marriage: the first year is the hardest, but most couples tend to be happier 5 years down the road if they can make it through the first years. This is really relative to my life right now because I know a lot of young people getting married! I also learned to say positive phrases before exams because it will put my mood in the right setting. This concept I can apply to not only this course but other aspects of my life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! We are getting to be the age where marriage and relationships mean a lot to us, and this class goes over many ways to stay happy and balanced in both settings. It also introduces unhealthy relationships and ways to retrieve help!
