Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course due to the fact that it is not only helpful for counseling/family majors, but for all students.

    Course highlights:

Throughout this course I was able to gain knowledge on characteristics of successful/failing relationships, how relationships have shifted from the 19th century to now, and the particular theories/concepts to what creates a successful/failing relationship.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course common knowledge is not sufficient! Each student must put in the time to understand and read the material to perform well on the exams.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

GREAT content! AMAZING professor! It is a lot of common sense, however if you don't study for the exams- they can be tricky! Loved this class, I think all freshmen should take it!

    Course highlights:

Alot more of why people act the way they do in relationships, what stems it, fuels it, perpetuates the action/feeling, etc.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read over your notes and study for exams, go to her office hours and review what you missed on previous exams!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I found this class to be incredibly interesting. I also love how enthusiastic Ashlie Lester was about the class, engaging the students in conversation and making us think more deeply about the topics. I took it as an elective and highly recommend it for anyone interested in psychology, human development, or just learning different perspectives in general.

    Course highlights:

Learned different aspects of all kinds of relationships, the psychology of relationships, and how to read relationships in your own life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it if you want a fairly easy, enjoyable class, if you're interested in psychology and similar areas, and if you're willing to participate often.
