    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor is enthusiastic about chemistry but not really focused in helping the students understand what is enthusiastic about it.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the class is making life terrible for the student. It is very difficult to understand especially if you don't have a solid background in chemistry before taking the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take this class unless you have a strong background in chemistry. The tests look like IQ tests. Don't let Dr. Keller make you feel intimidated. He makes it his job to make students feel so.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I believe students learn a lot about Chemistry in Professor Keller's class, but Keller has a very atypical teaching style and it is very difficult to keep up with his lectures, which makes it difficult to understand the material and prepare for exam. This is a very difficult class and should not be taken lightly, but Keller is a very talented chemist and provides an impressive wealth of knowledge.

    Course highlights:

The TAs for this course offered a means of understanding Professor Keller's lectures and made labs enjoyable. I learned that even though the class is difficult, Chemistry is at least interesting, if not highly confusing.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are up for the challenge and have a good base understanding of chemistry, consider taking the course, but keep in mind this class will likely be one of the most difficult classes you've taken to date.
