Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It was such an eye-opening class about the glorious influence of Mindfulness on daily life. At first, it sounds like something out of a science-fiction novel. But once you get deeper into the class and begin to understand the real science behind it, it is mind (quite literally) altering!
I gained a better understanding of current and past research on Mindfulness. I learned how to integrate Mindfulness practices into daily life in ways that would allow me to be better! Better academically, socially, physically, and spiritually.

GO TO CLASS! The easiest way to complete this class with a big straight A is to just show up!
