Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's a College Town.. It is definitely a small town vibe, with not much way of getting around without a cab or bus service. I'd bring a car if I could by my second semester of freshman year. The dining facilities are great, and the food is great.
The Rec facilities are great as well. Most of the dorms are renovated and nice. There is always something to do, and there are good minority scholarships, other than thought it can be a costly school if you're an out-of-state student.

Advice for students:
Football Equals No Go – Given the amount of students and activities taking place the police force seems to have a ever present presence. They also have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking. It really depends on which police officer that approaches you.
