    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

All the basic concepts of chemistry are taught and in a way where you can retain the information.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Stubbs is a great professor who tries to keep kids interested in chemistry while making sure all the material is covered before the end of the semester, usually surpassing other professors in the same course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to fully understand the homework assignments as they can be more difficult than the quizzes meaning that if you are confident in the homework, the quizzes should go well.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He does not know how to teach a class to first years. He doesn't do a good job of explaining anything and he rushes through class.

    Course highlights:

I learned I should not be a chemistry major.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this class with Stubbs. Pick any other professor!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am in the middle with taking this class with professor Mullin because there are times when he would go through the notes pretty quickly, which makes me learn some of the notes through the book.

    Course highlights:

We went through the basics of chemistry such as moles, molar mass, balance equations, valence electrons etc. I learn how to find the molarity, balancing equations, the molar mass. I can list a lot of other mathematical equations that we did but it will be a long list.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Re-read the textbook even though the professor gives you the basic notes, go to a tutor if you need help and re-do the homework that the professor provides
