    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although some of the content was interesting, some of it was also biased or banal. Also, the particular course I took was a 2-week online, and I had to do 4+ hours of homework several days a week. While the work wasn't challenging, there was a lot of it, and it was tedious.

    Course highlights:

I learned about certain choices I can make to impact my life in a healthy and helpful manner, and learned statistics for the rates of many common diseases, usually only as they related to women though.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest to not take it online in a two week slot, unless you have nothing else to do at the time.

I would recommend it because the class teaches you how to better protect your body while working out it also teaches you ways on how to prevent cardio vascular disease.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about working out and how to keep your body healthy.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and pay attention In class. Also ask the teacher as many questions as possible.
