Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was fun for me to write argumentative essays. The professor was scrict but she always was fair.

    Course highlights:

I gained a passion for writing through this course. With argumentative essays therd is a lot of research thatyou need to do so keep that in mind.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say make sure that you show up for class on time. Do your assignments when they are given because they will be collected by the next class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This required course of Argument and Research can give you much if you just hang in there and read through the numerous readings required with the class. Be warned, it is a lot of work if you are going for an A, but learning to analyze text and getting introduced to writings that one would not otherwise probably read turns out to be good for you! Together we finished 5 essays with weekly responses to the readings, which I found out was a bit too much for those who did not keep with the schedule of the syllabus, which is important in a class like this.

    Course highlights:

Highlights were truly learning a structure of an analysis and learning to do research with required 6 sources/paper - not an easy task to bring evidence within the text and still put together a fluent research paper!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be prepared to do all readings, grammar, and follow the weekly tasks if you want to finish with A: it is doable but requires a lot of work, no slacking!
