    Course Overview:

    This class is a necessarily for your general study's but this was a very interesting class to start my college life.

    Course highlights:

    The teacher always kept the class interesting.

    Advice for students:

    The course is interesting and it is not hard to pass the course with a good or great grade as long as you read the book.

    I learned how to calculate my calorie intake everyday.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it is a great gpa boost and you will also learn a lot of things you wouldn't expect to learn. This course teaches a lot but I don't highly recommend this class because it can become a little bit difficult.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that a lot of "fat free" items are not really fat free. I learned that food company's tell the truth on their labels but are very sneaky and try to confuse you. I learned that drinking to much milk a day could cause cancer. It's a lot of mind blowing facts.

    Advice for students:

    Do not miss class ever. If you do have to miss class always check blackboard because you will be confused. This class can get a little hard buy hey, its college. Every class is not easy, just remain focused and you will be fine.
