Pretty easy, overall.
I would highly recommend this course for all Nursing students. Even though it is a requirement actually, it is very important to gain an understanding about how much food and water affect the body. You realize that water alone is more than keeping you hydrated, but rather keeping all your internal organs "cushioned" and protected through membranes.
My highlights of this course was learning about all the different vitamins and minerals. and how they can benefit you or destroy you if taken too much.

My advice is to always attend class. The only way you can fail this course is by not attending or not taking the effort.
