Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in creating a healthier environment for themselves and those around them. I have learned so much, not only about the 8 stages of wellness and how to achieve them, but I have learned a lot about myself as well.

    Course highlights:

In taking this class, I learned that while you might have a healthy diet or you workout 3-4 times a week, you could potentially have a poor emotional or spiritual wellness. I have learned while each stage of wellness is important in its own way, they work best when put together.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read the chapter in the textbook and pay attention in class, and you will be fine,

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. I have learned so much from taking PED 103 Wellness for Life. It teaches you better habits and actions for you to continue to stay health in all areas.

    Course highlights:

I learned a couple of things in this course. One being that while you might think that you are in excellent condition for wellness, that there are other areas that might not be as in good condition that you might not even know about.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Mkae sure you complete all assignments on time and are ready to do your part in the classroom.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor is what makes this class such an enjoyable and interesting course. He is full of energy and interacts with every single student.

    Course highlights:

You have a fun and interesting time being taught by Dr. Baker. He indulges into specifics regarding certain parts of human anatomy but also connects to subjects that interests a majority of the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My only suggestion would be to make sure you attend the classes because participation and attendance does count. Also, don't go on your phone, he really doesn't like that... trust me
