Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is heavily recommended for an pre-professional student. Understanding body chemistry and the interactions with organic chemistry from plant/animal sources is extremely crucial for success in the world of medicine.

    Course highlights:

Enantiomers, R vs S. How they fit in the body like a lock and key, and how the wrong one will damage the body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

PRACTICE DRAWING EVERYDAY. Get a study book that allows you to read chemistry instead of pictures. I have realized in order to succeed in college, you need to read and see the material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very lost throughout the course, and the tests were very difficult.

    Course highlights:

Professor explained things very simply, but questions on the test didn't match up with what was taught in class

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Follow the book, not by what the professor teaches in class. Always do the extra credit

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is very difficult, but professor Betts is a good teacher. He doesn't believe in multiple choice, so studying is important.

    Course highlights:

I got a much better understanding of organic chemistry and details about the function of electrons.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend every class and study hard. Get tutoring if necessary.
