Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was extremely helpful and I grasped a lot of information from their teaching method. I was hesitant to do a math class online, especially something as advanced as trigonometry but the lessons were clear, the teacher provided videos and power points. The homework also worked the problem out with us and showed us example. It was nice that MathLab was in sync with the test as well.

    Course highlights:

The discussion questions. The students were allowed to interact with each other by critiquing each other's assignments. It forced us to teach ourselves and each other what we know so we knew what to practice for the test. It also took us out of our element as well by making us to assignments that involved our everyday life. For example, one assignment made us go out and measure the side of the building with the help of a protractor.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be persistent. Set aside time EVERYDAY to do homework and study. This is not a course to overlook or not dedicate a lot of time to. I managed to pass with a A- but it wasn't simple. I studied, I asked questions and I succeeded. This grade wasn't handed to me, I earned it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for any math major or people that share the same passion for math as I do. Having this professor at the same time, is the best idea because he makes learning very simple. Professor Ibrahim is very well versed in speaking the language of math.

    Course highlights:

I learned about vectors , dot products, graphs, the many trig functions, bearings and many other topics. You learn to maneuver through triangles, figuring out lengths and angles. Arcs of circles as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to keep up with the homework and the entire pace of the course your teacher provides. Staying with the teacher and even going over things before the teacher does makes for a super smooth experience. Don't fall behind, get help when you don't understand and you will be successful.
