    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because he improves your healthy life give you advice how to finance, invest and how to lower your chance from your body catching diseases.

    Course highlights:

    My highlight of this course was me pushing my body to the limit on treadmills, body lifting.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to exercise and to take note for the midterm and find a study partner for the midterm and final exam.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It's and east A, finish the discussions and come to class to pass the class. However, be prepared to run! She does a lot of that, good luck.

    Course highlights:

    The body mass report was an amazing assessment, and am going to do another once the semester is over.

    Be open to exercising because you will have to with this professor.

    Classes were inspirational and relatable to my everyday life. She was funny and assignments were easy.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that wellness is not about eating healthy or just exercise it was living an optimal positive lifestyle.

    Do all the assignments from the very beginning, do not procrastinate.
