    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Classes were inspirational and relatable to my everyday life. She was funny and assignments were easy.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that wellness is not about eating healthy or just exercise it was living an optimal positive lifestyle.

    Advice for students:

    Do all the assignments from the very beginning, do not procrastinate.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The professor was very detailed in everything you will expect in your online assignments. The discussion is pretty easy and the assignments are not hard as it seems.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about my nutrition. What vitamins I was lacking and how much calories I was consuming. Also the effects of getting diabetes or high blood pressure. It is pretty scary looking at it in scientific or surgical way.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is a lot of work but at the same time, very common sense and easy work. For the exams, the professor has a guide and she always review before you take the test. Don't miss out those days because it will help you a lot.
