    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was one of the easiest classes that I've ever taken! I took it alongside 4 other courses and I rarely did any work for this class. I never stressed nor studied for the midterm or final and ended up with an A in the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the human body and how it relates to health. We were required to do exercise and develop a fitness routine. We also had to complete the mile in under 10 minutes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I think that if you put effort into the class then there should be no reason to get lower than an A. She was a very easy grader and was very understanding. She even gave us an extra-credit opportunity.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because you learn ho important it is to take care of the body and how important it is to take action now and to love yourself.

    Course highlights:

The anatomy/physiology part of the course and the nutrititon part was a great refresher for me and allowed me to fully understand what I wasn't able to comprehend in the past. With a great professor and great students I bonded with made the class enjoyable and it made me really want to learn. I felt passion in this subject. As a result I earned an A in the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed, attend every class lecture. If you have to miss class make sure to get the notes and power points from classmates and regularly study the material. Review your notes from class that day as soon as you finish class. Prepare well by studying the power points. Make flashcards if you have to. I personally didn't because the subject was so interesting I grasped the material very easily.
