Pretty easy, overall.
Good course for health, got time at the gym in the mornings to work out and the course work was simple.
I learned alot about general well being, and dispelled some myths about the same.

Make sure to know when the tests are, as half the class periods are at the gym so they may not be announced. And bring a towel!
