    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was amazing. Professor Jarrett was very knowledge about the subject of sociology. She really has a passion for the class and showing the crucial role sociology plays in our daily lives. This focused on problems that were current, which made it a relevant course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a ton about societies and elements that make them work. I also learned about gender and the differences between that and sex. It's also incredible to learn about race and how it is quite possibly sociologically constructed. It is a class that really is important when growing up into a society in which sociology can help solve problems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should definitely do the reading for this class to truly get what's going on. Professor Jarrett makes quizzes geared towards the midterm and final, so you should be well prepared if you try.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He was fun, incredibly exciting, and made everything so easy to understand! She worked harder than any other professor to ensure the students were understanding the material and it worked! Definitely my favorite professor.

    Course highlights:

Professor Housen came in the first day of class and immediately began telling a story of a couple who had some marital problems and asked us from a jury perspective to decide who was guilty. THIS WAS THE MOST FUN I HAVE EVER HAD IN A CLASS! Every single class he made it a point to bring relevant information and still teach concepts about sociology. If you are at BC, TAKE THIS COURSE!!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! He gives a few tests and quizzes but goes over EVERYTHING you need to know! It's the best!
