Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most highly recommend this course and go so far as to say depending on your experience it can be mind altering. I especially enjoyed this course because it opened my mind to a new realm of thinking. Often times throughout life we are put in a dogmatic or autopilot state so we can get through the day as fast as possible. However in philosophy we did the opposite, and questioned society, the daily routines we engage in everyday, and contemplated what life really means to the individual.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course was always a "what if moment" For example in the story of "Platos Cave" three boys have lived there entire life in a cave and only knew that as "life" , however a strong curiosity grew in one of the three boys to see the outside world. As he left his other two brothers laughed And ridiculed him for his decision. My professor stressed this story because it provided a valuable lesson, he asked "what if that boy had listen to his brothers who had never experienced the outside world who told him not to go? From this example One can infer that life requires us to take risks and to overcome certain circumstances one will also need to change their mind
