Pretty easy, overall.
I recommend taking this class because there are a lot of things you do not know about your body, diseases, and people around you. Not only do they teach you about your body, but they teach you how to detect depression within yourself as well as others. And being in college, away from home for long periods of time can take a toll on you or other students. Many people deal with things differently and it's not easy to talk to others about personal problems. But this course really opens your eyes about subtle hints and signs of depression within others or even yourself.
The highlights of this course were the different readings and situations about depression and those who experienced suicidal thoughts. I say this was a highlight because it was interesting how many people had very similar signs of depression that makes it easier to detect in everyday life.
