    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course was one of my first classes at Goucher. The course material forced me to reflect on my role in society, and contemplate about social structures. It blew my mind!

    Course highlights:

    Professor Mullaney was engaging, and her passion for the study of psychology was evident. She is also very bright, and this served as my motivation for the duration of the course. She inspired me to become well read and researched in my field of study.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you read the material assigned by the instructed. The course is based heavily in lecture and class discussions that delve into the readings.

    I'd recommend Psychology 111 to anyone that is interested in psychology in general. Psychology 111 covers a broad range of topics to help you discover what you might like.

    I learned a variety of things such as the different brain parts and mental illnesses.

    Course Overview:

    This course taps in the everyday life situations that deals with psychology, in other words psychology or concepts present i psychology happens in our everyday life. In other words this course give you the foundation or build-up of why people do what they do- or behave differently.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the basic terms and concepts dealing with psychology and how psychology is a very broad field of study and plays a vital role in our everyday life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be attentive, try to engage in the class and most of all make sure you keep up with submitting assignments on time.
