Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The class explored some very interesting topics, and Dr. Bok herself presented some arguments that were not in the book. Overall, I felt that the course helped me become a more critical thinker and exposed caused me to think more deeply about topics such as physician-assisted suicide.
The highlights of this course were the section discussions. Lecture with Professor Bok was interesting, but discussion was where we more deeply explored the implications of these ideas and had the opportunity to ask questions. I learned about various moral theories and their application to issues such as abortion and genetic enhancements.

Advice for students:
Make sure to do the readings every week. Lecture isn't mandatory, but many of the students who choose not to attend lecture also seem to fall behind on their readings. Give yourself enough time to complete the two longer papers, and make sure to review constantly to prepare for the final exam.
