    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone who is interested in trying neuroscience. The material that is covered is very broad, so it is likely that students who truly want to pursue neuroscience will find something valuable or something that specifically fascinates them.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course include the chapter on development. This was especially interesting because we looked at lots of real life examples and discussed research relating to cognition.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Students considering this course do not have to buy the textbooks, but it can be helpful sometimes to get more information than just the PowerPoints. If you attend class regularly and pay attention during lecture, you will do fine.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because not only is Dr. Gorman an engaging lecturer, but she earnestly cares that you learn the material and gain something from the course.

    Course highlights:

Beyond learning an overview of the topics of neuroscience, I learned more about myself as a student. I learned how to study for an exam, and I learned where my interests lie.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely go for it! Just come to class prepared, having read the notes, and do not slack on any of the assignments. If you stay organized, the class will be super easy to get an A in.
