Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The importance of public speaking is significant, because when you work in business and need to present something in a meeting, you have to sound confident in what you are talking about. Gathering lots of information of your topic can help you in the long run. Don't expect to know what you're talking without gathering information.

    Course highlights:

I can now talk without having a problem because my teacher taught me that when you are giving a speech, don't think about the audience and what they're thinking... you are the one giving the speech and you are the one who took time to collect information about it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always , always, always .... put effort into your speeches, it's the valid information that counts! There are different types of speeches one being informational and the other being persuasive. Know the difference, because some persuasive speeches may sound too informational.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helped me become a better communicator. English is not my first language and I used to be scared of talking too much and making mistakes. In addition, this was one of my last classes before graduation so I didn't want to fail. The professor is very understanding, provided fair and quick feedback. As long as you do your part, this class is an easy A.

    Course highlights:

This course had several quizzes that help the students the theory part of the class while the videos help the students with the practice part of the class. Quizzes are multiple choice and on the videos, you can choose the subject and the guidelines are very clear. This class helped me become a better communicator and have more confidence in myself.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! You will enjoy the class while also learning to communicate.
