    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Good course, allows lab activities and remote labs where coursework is completed. There are a few reports that require some research but overall an easy course and the professor graded fairly.

    Course highlights:

The best parts of the course were the labs. The student is able to remote into the lab and complete various exercises that are then included in reports. The exercises provided a lot of knowledge regarding information assurance and provided handson experience with the various tools utilized in the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are using a Windows computer as a lot of the course material (such as connecting to the remote labs) are designed for Windows based machines, other machines can be used but the instructions for connecting are specifically for Windows machines.
