    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The course was very straight forward and informative. The assigned readings were pertinent to study. There was not an over abundance of superfluous work and necessary resources. The course work was actually very helpful as well. It was a great class to take with Dr. Hiatt.

    Course highlights:

    Organizational life cycles and theory which is very helpful in understanding a business in general and the cyclical nature of trends.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just do the readings. And take notes. The class is pretty straightforward. Dr. Hiatt is great at helping you to develop further analysis of the topics.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I believe it is beneficial to take this course, no matter which school. Understanding the skills needed to be a well rounded manager will lend to you become a better team player under a manager which can one day lead to you become one yourself.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the types of managers, tough decisions that they have to make and becoming a more critical thinker.

    Advice for students:

    Be open to learn new skills and not hold strongly on previous notions you may have learned. It is always good to evolve as a person and business professional.
