    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I liked this class because it covers everything a person needs to keep themselves healthy, from working out to becoming a vegan. I think everyone should take this course to learn the health benefits to watching what you eat.

    Course highlights:

    Some of the highlights are Complementary Nutrition Digestion, Absorption, Transport Meal Planning for Carbohydrates Assignment and Dietary Analysis Project. I learned how to interpret and correctly apply information obtained from the media in healthy meal planning and food choices.I can analyze diet for calories and nutrients. How to comprehend the relationship between diet, health and concepts of energy balance to weight management.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention to detail and plan are doing projects every week.

    Course Overview:

    Informative science w/o lab class. Great professor dedicated to her students. I would choose the class again.

    Course highlights:

    The science of health. I learned a lot of new diet tips and tricks from professor & other students. I actually lost 10 pounds during the class by making some real life changes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Light on readings. At least 2 thorough discussion boards per week. Quizzes are timed and fast paced. Final project is easy. Overall I thought it was a pretty easy A.
