Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is required so you have to take it however I did enjoy the professor. The professor is strict but fair when it comes to grading. Basically make sure you look at the actual grading rubric and use that to do the work.

    Course highlights:

They main concept I learned was that the governments of the world don't know how to adequately protect our networks or data. In addition, a severe lack of capital is spent on protection and securing our networks.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, if you take the weekly paper(due Sunday) and do 1 of the sections day it (consistently) it would be a lot easier. I normally binge the Friday response on Friday and the paper on Sunday. That leaves a very busy 2 days when I could just do a bit each time.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for those choosing to pursue a degree in Cybersecurity. It focuses reasons why cybersecurity is needed in the Government sector.

    Course highlights:

For me this course wasn't about learning anything knew because it doesn't focus on the basics of Cybersecurity. However you are expected to apply the things that you already know about Cybersecurity and how it's incorporated in the Government sector

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is an upper-level course that requires a lot of research and writing. A paper was assigned and due at the end of each week along with discussion topics that were due each week as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I totally recommend taking this course with Professor Duvall. He provides on time feedback and helps you to become successful in the course. He is very specific about what he requires and once you follow that will be sure to get an A.

    Course highlights:

The highlights is the course are the weekly papers. I learned about digital government and the risk associated with public information. In addition, I learned about some best practicess that will reduces these risks.
