    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Joella would assist students with so many materials and ideas how to write your paper easily. For example, he would give you links to articles and webpages on writing styles and information. Additionally, he would extend your deadline when requested and was very polite in returning email questions.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were: 1. Learning how to write a thesis statement. 2. Learning how to write an essay. 3. Learning how to write a report.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students starting this class is to let go of your fears of writing as Professor Joella will not criticize but assist in you in learning how to write effectively. Additionally, Professor Joella puts it in writing he is there to help anyway he can!

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I believe it gives a thorough introduction to technical writing and how to write a composition appropriate for a professional environment.

    Course highlights:

I learned to write more concisely and to prioritize the most important information in my writing. I learned how to "get to the point" when writing a workplace letter, memo, email, or report, as opposed to writing a lengthy and elaborate research paper.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though rough drafts of each assignment are ungraded, do them. The professor will give you valuable feedback that will help you write the final draft of the assignments.
