    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It's good to know how to communicate with diverse constituents in a business

    Course highlights:

    I've gained information about laws and regulations regarding human resources. I've learned how different cultures communicate and how to accommodate each culture within an organization.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the chapters and participate actively in all of the discussions on the discussion board through out the semester.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The course will allow the student to build competencies in change management intervention strategies, and will enable he or she to identify leadership strengths and areas for improvement. The course will nurture vibrant conversations on organizational culture and performance management.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course were the leadership assessments, the evaluation of case studies, the discussion board questions, and the collaboration on team and group dynamics.

    Be prepare to work , to write, and to converse with students from around the world.
