    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Speech Class because it can help you communicate with your: boss, co-workers, family, and personal relationship.

    Course highlights:

What my highlights was getting me over to be shy when doing public speaking. What I learned from this class were: better communicating with family members and friends, communicating with other students, communicating with my boss, and personal relationship. Lastly, it helped me to understand about other people how they speak.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY STUDY and STUDY! The more you study the better you get. For example, I played the piano for 18-years and I practiced for 18-years, but that made me a better student. The more I practice, the better I get.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to help build public speaking skills for future class projects as well as other courses. When you have a better understanding of verbal and non verbal language, you'll be able to communicate with your professors clearly. You'll also have a better understanding of group dynamics when working on group projects in your course.

    Course highlights:

This course really helped build my confidence in public speaking. When my other courses required the students to do presentations, I was better prepared on how to keep my audience attention and keep them interested in what I had to say. I also discovered, that I'm a great speaker.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Face your social fears. It's so important in any field of work to have clear and confident communication skills. It's also just as important to have listening skills, so soak up all the information you can.
