    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a very valuable course that gives excellent insight into the role and the importance of information technology in organizations. Michael West is very organized with course material and very clear and precise with course expectations.

    Course highlights:

Learning basic "computer language" Extended knowledge of cloud computing Various technology systems that organizations use to make business more efficient

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all course materials because all of it will be quizzed and all of it will be crucial for writing assignments. Also, always respond to at least two classmates on the discussion threads because only responding to one will earn you no more than a 55 percent - a failing grade.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class has ridiculous expectations for an 8-week course. discussion question requires more work than the 2 points they are worth. quizzes every week have 15 -20 questions each. The assignments are fine but my class was only given 2 days to complete a 16 page final that had no multiple choice. each question required you write out a lengthy response. The final had 10 questions but those 10 question had sub-question you had to answer as well. your 10 question final actually has 38 questions

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the case study assignments. they were really helpful and gave good information

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are required to take this course good luck. if it is an elective and you can change i suggest you stay far away from this course

    Course Overview:

He's a great professor he will work with you and help you out. His classes are never long but it's insightful and he often tells stories to help you understand what you are learning.

    Course highlights:

The different case studies helped me learn about the business side of IT

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you stay on top of all of your assignments and do all of the Case Studies.
