Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great introduction into the world of communications. The professor does an amazing job with teaching and engaging the class. This is my second time taking her and would not hesitate to recommend another student to her. COM 1010 is allowing me to become more in depth with learning my major and become more confident when I encounter my career.

    Course highlights:

Mainly the highlights of the c.ourse was being able to apply what you learned in the books with your actual class. As for myself, a communcations major, it makes me more aware of how to interact with people. I also become more aware of the different types of communication I may be dealing with.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are there for the rights reasons. If you are there to get the grade and the credit to get closer to your degree, make sure you ask your professor for help or go to a tutor and/or your fellow classmates. Use your resources because they are there to help you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it's a really informative course. This course helps to understand why we do the things we do.

    Course highlights:

I learned different techniques for presenting a speech such as different ways to have good eye contact with your audience and having good volume during the speech.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class you will have to listen to the professor because you will have quizzes in this class. You also should be able to take good notes. In this class she assigned pages to read so you will have to keep up on that.
