    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it will take you out of your comfort zone. Warning this class is tough but at the end of the semester and you passed this will teach you that you can overcome anything.

    Course highlights:

I've learned how to not settle for things. When we have to read something Professor Suwak wants us to dig deeper in the meaning of the poem or short story.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS. Just think outside of the box especially when writing the essays. Have your own thought of to what the reading means not google. The professor will always find out.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

My teacher was amazing. We could complete work early. She was also a fast grader and always answered questions fast.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be better at writing papers. I also learned how books and movies are interpreted differently to please the audience. The highlight of the course was getting an A.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read the material and follow along with the power points. The teacher will work with you if you have any questions. The teacher would rather you ask questions than to fail.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This English class with Professor Suwak has been hands down my favorite class in college to this point. He has a unique way of engaging the class in the material and is always in a positive, ready to help attitude.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about this class was the revelation I had about 3 weeks into the semester. I had gone into this class thinking it'd be just another, "read this, write that, this is why Shakespeare is great", English class. However, I quickly found that I was completely wrong. This class engages students with tough questions and makes them think beyond just themselves. I can honestly say that I walked away from this course able to write and analyze information ten times better than I was before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important piece of advice I can give you is to make sure you give this class the time it deserves and you will get so much out of it. If you go into this class thinking you can rush through the assignments and write essays the day before they are due, this is not the class for you.
