    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class because the material interested me and I could tell the professor cared about our success. It may be difficult or boring to one who doesn't enjoy details and prefers concepts, but if you do like them then this class is for you. It is also a nice intro class to help you decide if you like cellular biology or not.

    Course highlights:

We learned about cellular biology, including things like the cell cycle, cellular respiration, cellular transport, the four macromolecules of life, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students on the fence about this class to take it, because it might open a whole new world of interests for them. It is also good basic information to know about biology that is applicable to daily life.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a very interesting and information dense course. I would recommend taking this course only if you have the time to study staiggt from the book, as the teacher takes information mostly from there and not the powerpoints. The teacher also expects critical thinking in the course.

    Course highlights:

I learned to read the textbook in depth and critical thinking.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study straight from the book, not the powerpoint. The powerpoints are a very brief summary of what is required in the class.
