    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a very hard class, but the teacher is very excited to teach. It is extremely important to watch the modules and do the practice problems BEFORE that material will be covered in class. Also it will greatly improve your online quiz grades if you go to the tutors at fisher hall with questions.

    Course highlights:

This class teachers you the basics of financial and managerial accounting. It is a great class to learn the basics of these two areas of accounting, without going too in depth. The first half is financial, and the second half in managerial. You will learn how to form a balance sheet and income statement. You will also learn how to decide on what to invest and how much interest your payments have.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is necessary to do the modules and practice problems before class. Lecture is not mandatory but you need to go. a variation of the practice problem you do in lecture will most likely come up on the exam, and the only way to get that problem is by attending class. Also, make sure to go to fisher hall tutoring with your questions for the online quizzes. This will greatly improve your grade.
