    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I learned a lot of cool food tricks and tips. I now use this knowledge to impress my friends and family. The class required some studying, but I managed to get an A and felt like I retained a lot of the information.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights include a field trip or two, guest speakers and food samples and example objects that get passed around the room. The professor seemed passionate about the material when I took the class and went to great lengths to keep the class interesting! Jenni from Jenni's Splendid Ice Cream even came to our class and handed out free samples!

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to study, but also retain the information. If is relevant information you run into in your daily life and that makes it easy to remember!
