Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course if the students were trying to go into the field of physical therapy, athletic training, or any sports field in which they are trying to get people physically active. Taking this class will teach you about the challenges you will need to overcome in order to get people motivated to work out consistently.
The highlight of this course was the professor herself, the effort that Emily makes in order to instruct her class and making sure that the students are prepared and focused for the class.

The main pieces of advice I would give to students considering this course is #1 always go to class even if you don't want to. #2 Make sure you email the professor because she will always try to help you get the best outcome for you. #3 Always and I mean always make sure you study ahead of time for the exams, those can really kill your grade if you don't take the resources she offer.
