Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class! Dr. Okdie is a great professor. Lectures are always interesting and he allows you to interact and participate in hands on activities. Always has a day set aside to study during class to prepare for an exam. I benefited a lot from this course.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed participating in case studies as a way to receive lab experience credit. I also enjoyed the activities we did in class as a way to understand different topics. I learned many new things about the structure and function of the brain, mental illnesses, theories, strategies, and much more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your textbook! He does not always go over certain topics in lecture that will be on exams, so this is really important if you want to do well. He also posts all lecture slide shows before class, so take advantage of that. He moves very quickly so make sure you have what you need written down so you can keep up with material and understanding the subjects. He also has random in class assignments, so make sure you are going to class because these points will add up.
