    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because throughout the class, you attain so much knowledge about how the body works and the different processes we as humans go through everyday. I have never learned as much in any course as I do in this one.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course I would say, was our final paper. It required us to think about why learning biology is important to have a prosperous and successful society, and why biology is important today. I learned that being aware of humans, how we act, what we do, and how are bodies work is so important. It allows us to know how to protect ourselves from various disease and how to help others. Human biology was my favorite class and I learned so much from it, I do believe that it made me a better American citizen.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In this course, you must attend lecture because we have a lot of in class discussions. Biology 1102 is an introductory course but it may make you think about biology as a major, its very interesting and there is a lot to learn. The course is very interactive. Professor Herrmann is the sweetest, but the exams are difficult. She is very open to helping though.
