    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this to anyone who thinks they may be interested in accounting, and, if you're not a fan, you don't have to sign up for 3501. You'll still learn a lot about how companies come to get the numbers on their financial statements, which is useful no matter what business-related field you end up in.

    Course highlights:

This is the course that helps students determine if accounting is for them, so it is tough. That said, you learn a ton and are ready to take on a lot of roles and projects at internships the summer after.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You must do the homework to stay on top of course topics and be prepared for quizzes. Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This guy is hilarious. Would sing full length personal renditions of songs to us in class.

    Course highlights:

Very helpful and understands that we're college students just working for the GPA.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

His lectures can sometimes get mundane and boring...
