Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Reilly is very helpful and supporting. You can always shoot him an email with your questions and he will be willing to respond within a day.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to use different programs to help with building business models. As Professor Reilly stated, this will be the only course that actually teaches you how to maximize the use of these programs, so pay attention!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to him carefully, especially anything that he repeats twice. Just by being fully present in class, you will be fine with most of the assignments.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you enjoy stats or qtm 1, or if you are looking for a challenge, take this class. Troughton is challenging, but is indeed the most thorough professor/teacher I have ever had. Tough but fair grader. You will learn to use Excel quite well in this class, as well as the other softwares (Minitab 17, @Risk, PrecisionTree). Took no stats in high school but managed an A. Just pay attention and do practice problems. Assigned homework consists of a fairly brief prep before the start of each class. 6 quizzes, two exams, and a final.

    Course highlights:

Thorough teaching, fast-paced, challenging, rewarding, you'll cover and learn a lot.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a strong interest in math or stats, be good with numbers, be prepared to conceptualize because understanding the concepts helps tremendously in this course.
