    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class is challenging, and requires a lot of out-of-class time studying. But if you dedicate enough time to studying and do your homework, it is a very manageable class.

    Course highlights:

    This class prepares students very well for more advanced chemistry classes, and gives a thorough basis of knowledge of chemistry topics, from molecular compounds to acids and bases to titration.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do your homework! And do lots of problems outside of class. For those who struggle with testing, it might be a good idea to get a tutor, and go to office hours for help.

    This course is necessary but really hard. You should get every bit of help you can.

    Course highlights:

    I started to learn how to balance a chemical equation.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to the extra help, go to a tutor and study, it's such a hard course.
