    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Would totally recommend it!! The teacher was super nice however you do not use the book... AT ALL it is all off of her packets!!!

    Course highlights:

This course really makes you understand the flow of things inside the cell, flow of energy, ions, etc

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Like I said you don't need the book because it's all from her packets but it's still a nice reference if you need to see different images and things

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is extremely challenging, but if you work hard and commit to a study schedule the reward is immense. It is such an accomplishing feeling to excel at such a difficult class. It also really helps you with many other courses. You can apply what you've learned in this class to almost any other biology class. It's definitely worth the effort.

    Course highlights:

This rigorous class goes in depth about the intricate functions of single celled organisms. You will learn the difference energy production processes in plant and animal cells. You will also get an in depth understanding of DNA and RNA replication and its purpose. Every part of the cell has a function, and you will learn about each function as well as the chemical reactions required to make that function happen.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't miss a lecture. Write everything she says that isn't on a slide down. She let us print out her slides, I would follow along with her as she went through the slides and I would take notes on anything she said that helped better explain the slide. Keep up with our studying. Don't wait a few days before an exam to cram, it just won't work. Also work with other people from your class. We used to try and lecture each other about the information we were going to be tested on without looking at our notes. don't forget to stay positive and ask the professor for help if you ever need it!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

There is a lot of information covered in such a short period of time, so it can be really quick. Dr. Hable has a lot of office hours and I would recommend going. The exams are all multiple choice and extremely difficult and each exam is 20% of the grade.

    Course highlights:

You gain a strong understanding of cells and how it functions as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to her office hours, read the book and be able to organize your thoughts for each topic covered.
