    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Roderick is outstanding at what he does. He really knows how to engage his students, and he isn't afraid to tell it how it is when his students really need to hear the truth about the injustices going on in the world.

    Course highlights:

Professor Roderick really pays attention to the students that come in with a good attitude, and contribute to the class. He is an exceptional mentor to any students that need guidance. Although this was an introductory course, there was a lot covered. We talked a great deal about current social issues and how they affected the every day person on top of the course materials.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You absolutely need to attend his classes, because he will notice. He might not know your name right away, but he will recognize your face. Be sure to come to class, because the quizzes and tests will be based off of what you discuss in the lecture.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it contains very interesting topics and there is never a dull moment during the class. It also helps you get an over all understanding of what the crime and justice system is all about.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about other peoples views on certain topics. This made the class very interesting and opened up a lot of chances for debates. I also learned about what goes on in a court room and what is necessary to achieve a good argument.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to always read the chapters assigned to you because those readings will be the topic of discussion during the class time. Don't be afraid to ask questions and volunteer to answer some questions during class.
