Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I wouldn't recommend this course because I did not learn anything significant or compelling about biology because of several reasons. First, the topic is complex so it requires time for students to understand its intricacies. I only met twice a week and most of that tie was spent in a pointless high-school level experiment. So most of my time was spent on memorizing flash cards to prepare for the six texts in total.
I learned a few things from this course. For example, all the different systems in the human body and some types of diseases and treatments.

Advice for students:
The only advice I would give is to look for a better course than with this professor. She is nice, but the structure of the class just doesn't work for Biology. But if one decides to take this course, then I encourage using flashcards to study for the hundreds plus definitions one will need to memorize for the tests.
