    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend the course for anyone who wants to understand how writing a script works, and what a good script should look like, whether they want to pursue screenwriting or not. Writing the short subject is a good jumping off point for those who want to understand screenwriting for a feature film as well.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write for a short film, which really provided me a good starting point for when I eventually wanted to take the next course in writing a feature film. We learned about the dos and don'ts of screenwriting through screenwriting activities and analyzing short films or film clips. I especially enjoyed watching the short film and film clips.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come in with an open mind and be ready for constructive criticism. You will be sharing your work with the class and pitching your ideas to the class, so be ready to receive feedback. This feedback is going to make your ideas better!
